More than 25 years of experience

Frederic St-Arnaud is a business entrepreneur and a Visual Effects artist of more than 25 years of experience. As a successful talented artist, Frederic focused since 1998 primarily on digital Matte Painting (also known as Matte Art or Digimatte), set extension and concept art in the film industry building a strong reputation in the VFX community. He founded his own VFX company in 2015 named STARNO and today, he still continues to work with passion in the industry accompanied by his team of faithful artists.

His film credits include over than 70 feature films such as The Amazing Spiderman, Sin City, Elysium, The Lone Ranger, Pacific Rim, Resident Evil, Terminator Salvation, Babel, Silent Hill, The Golden Compass which won the best Visual Effects oscar at the 2008 Academy Awards.
