For the television series The Rookie on ABC, a comprehensive visual transformation was performed on the filming location to create a convincing police station where multiple episodes take place. High-resolution photographs of the original site served as the starting point for the creative process.

A detailed 3D model was first constructed to establish accurate spatial relationships and perspectives. This model formed the foundation for concept illustrations, which were further refined and enhanced in Photoshop. The work included designing interiors, facades, architectural details, and environmental elements to ensure the location authentically resembled a working California police station.

These visual concepts served as an essential guide for the production team, providing a clear blueprint for the renovation and set construction. By aligning the artistic vision with practical production requirements, the project enabled seamless filming across multiple episodes, maintaining continuity and realism throughout the series.
